Owner, Heath Ouellette

We have many designated pet friendly rooms at most of our inns. There is also a nearby dog park, dog-friendly outdoor dining options, and local beaches and trails. You can look forward to a warm & welcoming atmosphere for you and your pet to enjoy during your stay!

We welcome pets that are well behaved and attended to; for the most part this includes many dogs and cats. We have welcomed the occasional caged bird or gerbil too. We however cannot welcome every pet and ask that you reach out to us to discuss if you have a unique pet or need, do avoid being turned away at check-in without a refund.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) we welcome service animals, at all inns, in any room, and in all our common spaces. A service dog must be under the handler’s control at all times and must not be left alone. Note, emotional support animals are not service animals and are not covered by ADA. For emotional support animals, please read our pet policies.
Note, emotional support animals are considered pets.

We adore pets! Unfortunately, we also need to be mindful of all our guests, including those that may be allergic. While we have a strict policies, it is truly about following basic decency and respect. Honestly, if there are no issues or concerns with you pet(s), there should be no issues or concerns with our policies.

Some pets, such as cats and dogs, including emotional support cats and dogs, are allowed in our designated pet friendly rooms. Call us to discuss particulars and obtain advance approval, so there are no concerns at check-in. Please note, we do not issue refunds if we turn your pet away at check-in time or for early departures.

All pet friendly rooms have separate entrances, as pets are not allowed in common areas of an inn. Please be mindful of this when checking in, as you are asked to not bring your pet into the inn. If you dog cannot be safely left behind during check-in, please call us and we can meet you outside.

A maximum of two pets are allowed in each guest room or condo.

While outdoors, pets must be on a leash at all times.

There will be a $60 per pet cleaning fee, per night, charged to your reservation.

Pets should never be heard and should not be left in a room without a guest present (except for short periods of time such as 15 minutes or so during breakfast time).

Guests are expected to walk their pets off premises to "do their business" and to immediately bag and remove any pet waste. Bagged pet waste should be placed in an outdoor trash bin.

We reserve the right to ask you to remove or have your pet removed from any of our properties and at anytime if our policies are not being followed. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
