For Moon, this means that we offer self checkins and self checkouts, there is no innkeeper onsite throughout the day/we have an on call innkeeper who is available during the day, coffee bar avbreakfast is not included and daily housekeeping is not provided, and we do have an on-call team member for urgent needs 24/7.
